The following is accepted by the customer as soon as the deposit is paid, and the date is booked for the work to commence.
All paving work ARE NOT to be walked on for 48 hours and lawn work ARE NOT to be walked on for 7 days after completion.
Lawn care is the customers responsibility after we leave, we use graded top soil and top quality turf, to keep the quality the lawn needs adequate and consistent maintenance and as such we will not be responsible for any deterioration due to aftercare not being carried out properly.
When paying this deposit please also be aware that you are giving the rights for Home View Landscapes to take photos of the landscaping work we have done to be shared on our page for advertising purposes.
Obstructions such as trampolines, kids slide, plant pots and ornaments. garden tables etc should be moved prior to our arrival and if this isn’t possible please notify us, sheds should be emptied if we are to move them for landscaping purposes. We will not be held responsible for any damage to these items while we are moving them.
Please remove any pet faeces before our arrival otherwise this can occur extra charges.
We cannot control the weather so no start or end date can be fully guaranteed, and all timelines are estimated.
Please ensure we are accurately informed as to any subsurface utility and service lines including (but not limited to) electrical, telephone, water, TV, and gas lines drainage systems. Any amendments required due to subsurface will be the responsibility of the customer including the removal replacement or damage to resulting from miss information, and any extra work involved will be chargeable to the customer at a reasonable rate explained at the time of finding.
Where applicable all decking, fencing and other wooden items must be regularly cleaned and treated after installation no responsibility will be taken for splits, green, dirty, or slippery deck boards, or timber items. The risk of injury to client and guests should maintenance not be carried out is solely the responsibility of the client. Any wood products are a natural product and may come with sap or minor defects which cannot be helped.
All natural stone products need sealing after 5-6 months of being laid. This protects the paving and protects the mortar compound in the joints. This is a D.I.Y job and can be brought from any building merchants but we can also offer this service. Failure to maintain your natural stone paving is not our responsibility so we cannot be held responsible for colour fade and joint failure due to poor maintenance or lack of.
The upkeep and maintenance of all completed works, Home View Landscapes will not be responsible should defects arise from poor care after completion of any works and any defect must be made fully aware to Home View Landscapes. As soon as it is noticed failure to report any said defects within reasonable time will not be the responsibility of Home View Landscapes. But the customers, any damage through neglect is also not the responsibility of Home View Landscapes. And will require proof of defect being caused by poor workmanship on our part.
Please make sure to pay all costs on time and in full, sticking to payment dates agreed by both the customer and Home View Landscapes.
We offer a 12 months workmanship warranty which covers all work we carry out (unless we inform you otherwise) but not including any natural products (turf, timber etc) we are not responsible for any damages caused by the customer after we leave and these will not be covered under our warranty.
You have the right to cancellation once booked in, however any materials which are pre-ordered may be subject to charge.

50% deposit must be paid either on or just before the work is carried out.
50% deposit is required on booking when having artificial grass or materials that are non-stock items
